EFD’s AtlasTM Cartridge Filling System is a simple, cost-effective way for manufacturers of adhesives, lubricants and other assembly fluids to package their products with greater accuracy at lower cost. Easy to set up and operate, the new Atlas Cartridge Filling System makes it simple to bottom-fill 2.5 ounce to 32 ounce cartridges with consistent amounts of 2000 to 750K cps material. It increases productivity and profitability by eliminating both non-value added rework (e.g. topping off underfilled cartridges) and product give-away from filling cartridges with too much material.
The Atlas Cartridge Filling System features a compact, lightweight design that allows it to be moved to different locations as needed and facilitates rapid product changeovers. It is also easy to clean, which further increases productivity by reducing downtime and maintenance.
