Benchtop Vision Guided Dispensing System
Description
The Dispense Works RP Series robotic dispensing system with an optional vision guided system performs pattern recognition and edge / hole detection for simpler setup and fixturing, while assuring repeatability from part to part. The robot takes a picture of the part, does any necessary offsets, and adjusts its program for precise dispensing and part placement.
All motion, vision, and control system software is written in house. The RP Dispensing System features big performance and is available in several configurations to best suit your unique requirements. Systems are also available to meet FDA and clean room specifications.
