Bulk bag unloader provides efficient, continuous discharge of material from bulk bags, and can regulate or stop the flow to meet system requirements. Controlled and variable flow is achieved without the use of a separate feeder or conveyor so systems can be shorter, simpler, and less expensive. Unloader can be run volumetrically or with load cells for precision batching by weight. It can be configured to handle bags with an on-board hoist and trolley, or with a lift truck.
