Cable Assembly with Strain Relief

Highwood Special Products announces the introduction of the icotek KEL-EMC-Z product line that provides a combination of the KEL Cable Entry System with an EMC shielding solution. The KEL split-frame and split-grommet allows cables to be routed through cabinet walls without removing connectors.  With the KEL-EMC-Z shield bounded interferences can be lead away directly at the cable entry system itself. The cables are sealed and strain relief provided on the outer cable jacket. The connection of the shield is directly at the inside of the switch cabinet or other housing.

The frame is made of polyamide. The inserts are made of elastomer and are available in your choice of  halogen-free and silicone-free or higher chemical resistance.  The shield clamp is stainless steel.
