Circular Connectors

Eaton's micro-military circular connector series precision engineered for a broad spectrum of harsh environment applications ranging from C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) to space flight.

Comprised of the M1 (dual start) and M5 Series (triple start), parts offer significant weight and size savings compared to MIL-DTL-38999 connectors.  All devices within the series feature anti-decoupling ratcheting mechanisms to maintain engagement in high shock and vibration environments. Shell sizes range ferom 6 to 12 with 1 to 26 contacts per connector. Their copper alloy, gold-plated No. 23 AWG contacts are rated 5 amp each with a contact retention of 15 lb; No. 16 AWG contacts are rated 13 Amp each. with a contact retention of 25 lb.
