Coated Filters for Cr (VI) in Chrome Plating Industries
Description
SKC introduces a new coated filter that meets the specifications of OSHA Method ID-215 (V.2) for the collection of hexavalent chromium (Cr (VI)) in chrome plating operations without field extraction. The 37-mm quartz filter is coated with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and preloaded into a ready-to-use 2-piece polystyrene cassette. Each cassette is individually packaged in aluminized pouches and each set of 10 includes plastic forceps for filter handling during analysis.
