Description
The AMKASYN centralized control and drive portfolio from AMK Automation includes KE/KW servo converters, KE/KW controller cards, the A Series motion controller and AMKAMAC I/O. The portfolio supports dynamic machine functions with maximum efficiency. The AMKASYN KE/KW servo motors combine an extremely compact design with a cost-effective modular structure that provides several flexible combination options for machine builders. With a choice of cooling systems, single- and multi-axis solutions, and choice of controller cards this system is ideal for highly dynamic positioning tasks requiring maximum energy efficiency.
The A-series motion controllers are available as compact control cabinet motion controllers and as complete units with touch displays. In each case they have programming in CODESYS, visualization and motion control rolled into one. With the A-series, a highly accurate synchronization of servo axes – even across multiple levels – is guaranteed. The KE/KW controller cards are application-oriented and work with all major communication protocols, providing scalable functionality and machine safety capabilities. Rounding out the portfolio is the flexible AMKAMAC I/O, featuring a modular design that can be installed quickly without tools, saving time and minimizing errors.
