Dispensing Applicator Accurately Handles Solid and Foamed High-Performance Materials


The AG-900+ modular dispensing applicator from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) is designed for application of high-performance materials in gasketing, sealing and bonding applications. Ambient or heated configurations are available to support solid or foamed application of material including silicones, urethanes, epoxies and butyls.

Large internal fluid passages and specialized seals easily handle high-performance, high-viscosity adhesives and sealants. AG-900+ dispensing applicators manage high pressure and high temperature, up to 3000 psi and 450° F, respectively.

A zero-cavity feature is available and provides accurate material flow and positive shutoff to help eliminate clogs or dripping. The AG-900+ dispensing applicator has an automatic internal shutoff in the event of nozzle breakaway.

The modular design offers configuration for a wide variety of applications and materials. AG-900+ modules can be used independently or in combination with regulators, actuators or hose interfaces. The optional pressure regulator reduces pressure fluctuations to help maintain a consistent output rate.
