Dualpak Briquetter Adds Value to Scrap
Description
Dualpak Briquetter adds value to scrap while complying with EPA regulations by removing up to 98% of hazardous cutting fluid from material. Reducing the volume of scrap by processing it into solid briquettes also lowers transportation costs.
The Dualpak can process aluminum up to 2,000 lb./hr, steel/cast iron up to 4,000 lb./hr, and copper/brass up to 5,000 lb./hr. Additional filtration systems can be combined with the briquetter to reuse valuable cutting fluids for further savings. Free testing of any material is available.

- Exclusive dual hydraulic ram within the compression chamber provides a stable, consistent, more compact scrap puck
- Heavy-duty hydraulics last for hundreds of thousands of cycles
- Fluid recovery tank captures valuable coolants and cutting oils for fluid reclamation or recycling
- PLC controls with HMI operator panel including error reporting and diagnostics
- Position and pressure feedback 0 to 10V DC
- Swivel steel belt discharge conveyor rotates to fill multiple containers
- Fan-cooled heat exchanger
- System capacity up to 14,000 lb./hr
- Auto lube systems for automatic greasing of bearings.
