E-Series rotary unions

If you have ever been faced with the challenge of maintaining production performance in applications such as rugged oil field drilling or clutches, winches and braking action on a manufacturing floor you know that an off-the-shelf solution is not the answer. Barco has introduced the E-Series air union to meet those demands. When it is too tough for other rotary unions, it’s just right for the E-2 series. The new product is constructed with a hard, corrosion resistant surface that can withstand the harshest of conditions.

The E-2 sizes range from ¼ to two inches and the maximum speed is 3500 RPM depending on the size of the union utilized. The maximum air pressure is 150 PSIG 10 Bar. The E-2 is available in both U.S and metric threaded connections. The new line is field repairable and comes with a seal kit.
