Storopack’s FOAMplus Bag Packer foam-in-bag system saves time and money by providing economical, efficient, and secure protection for products of any size, shape, or weight. FOAMplus Bag Packer2 is equipped with a four-station rotational vacuum molding table, which allows the operator to effectively produce one foam cushion every 15 seconds.
Improvements worth noting are new 10-in. touch screen interface with graphic representation of each bag, electric actuator (replacing hydraulic), bench top or adjustable height version available, and self-adjusting tension coiler. The Bag Packer2 is a fast, clean, efficient system for convenient on-demand production of foam cushioning.
