Environmental Protection for Electronics
Description
The UC-2524 is a flame resistant potting/casting material that is used for environmental protection of electronics. It yields a very low cure stress as well as high impact resistance over a temperature range of -55° to 130°C. With excellent electrical properties, this compound is a perfect choice for high voltage power supplies and ignition coils.
The UC-2524 has a 100°C cure and can be demolded in 20 minutes. Additionally, this compound has a minimum work time of 60 minutes with a 1:5 by volume mix ratio.
