Description
The new Technifor XF510Cr scribing machine eliminates noise from plant floors with its extremely quiet (<72 dBa) operation while offering high speed printing of 2D Data Matrix codes, logos, and human readable characters on the same machine. Achieving aerospace marking quality at high production speeds, the scribing performance is deep, precise, and smooth, capable of marking truly continuous characters on a wide range of metals, alloys, or plastics. The XF510Cr meets the increasing demand of production facilities by operating from a pressure as low as 1 Bar (15 PSI)
or meeting depth requirements of up to 0.2mm in the harshest conditions.
Primarily used as an integrated unit, the XF510Cr can also be used column mounted for bench type applications. The UC500 controls platform separates
the system from any other with its high quality graphical interface, advanced features, and connectivity (USB, Ethernet, RS232). Used worldwide the system will run on 90-230 VAC and supports many languages. The unit memory will handle up to 1000 separate programs.
