Providing uninterrupted reliability and long term flex service life, Cicoil's Highly Flexible Flat Cables are the Clear Choice for Data and Video Transmission Applications.  The thin profile and high strength wires provide excellent solutions for confined spaces and compact devices.  In addition, they excel in repetitive motion systems, are immune to shock, vibration, harsh environments and temperature extremes (-65°C to +165°C). Cicoil’s Data & Video Transmission Cable offering includes Cat 5e, Cat 6, Dual Shielded Camera Link™, Controlled Impedance, USB 2.0 & 3.0, Flexible Coax (50 ohm and 75 ohm) and Fire Wire Cables.  Standard “off the shelf” Hi-Flex Shielded Signal Cables are available for immediate delivery and cable assemblies, complete with connectors are offered in 3 foot, 6 foot and 12 foot lengths.

Custom designs are also available with minimum lead times.  In addition, Cicoil offers anti-friction coatings, custom shape and torsion designs by request. Cicoil’s patented computer-controlled extrusion process allows each individual component to be placed in a flat parallel profile, precisely controlling the spacing of each individual component, insulation thickness and the overall cable shape.
