Flexible Cable Entry
Description
The KADL Cable Entry System provides an easy to use, highly flexible, economical way to maintain enclosure integrity while still using pre-terminated cables and connectors. This KADL cable entry system allows for the insertion and sealing of pre-assembled cables with connectors into enclosures, machines and control cabinets. They can easily be expanded and adjusted, thanks to its unique modular design, providing high flexibility for various applications.
The modular structure allows a step-by-step, one-click installation, and can accommodate from as little as 1 to as many as 25 cables into a housing wall. With only 18 grommets, a clamping range of 3 to 32.5 mm can be achieved. The grommets are ordered separately as accessories depending on various application requirements. No mounting screws are necessary when the thickness of the wall is between 1.5 and 2.0 mm. If the thickness is greater than 2 mm the cable entry plate can be simply attached with screws.
The KADL frame is made of a robust Polyamide and provides IP65 rating when the installation is completed.
