Now with a infinitely dimmable 9W LED lightsource which produces 2500 lux at 12 inch working distance, Luxo’s new KFM LED Magnifier produces nearly 75% more light output than traditional KFM models.  The choice of a 3 or 5-diopter 5 inch diameter lens permits distortion-free viewing and a 9/4 hour automatic shut-off feature further ensures energy savings.     

 A flexible, self-balancing shade and hands-free neck design allow the lamp head to be secured in any position.  No knobs to tighten, nothing to adjust.  A fully enclosed neck assembly and 45 inch or 30 inch internal-spring K-arm makes the KFM LED Magnifier ideal for environments where cleanliness and sanitation are sought.      

In addition to standard lens magnifiers, KFM LED-ESD models which guard against uncontrolled static dissipation are available. The shade and arm are powder-coated with a metal-laced paint that measures 1010 Ω/sq (static dissipative) making the surfaces no longer insulative. The magnifier arms are powder-coated with a metal-laced paint that measures 1010 Ω/sq (static dissipative). The optical-quality lenses are mounted in a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum housing that is non-corrosive.  KFM LED Magnifiers are finished in black, light grey or white.  KFM LED-ESD models are finished in black.  Models come standard with an edge clamp or weighted base mount.
