Rotork Fairchild is proud to announce its all new line of High Pressure Regulators!  Our innovative diaphragm designs result in superior accuracy and higher performance pressure regulation, especially with fluctuating supply pressures.  While conventional high pressure regulators often leak across the valve seat, the Rotork Fairchild patent pending improved valve seat sealing technology eliminates the problem of media leakage! Constructed of 316 stainless steel bodies, these units are available in the “HPD” diaphragm style unit capable of 6000 psi [413 Bar] supply pressures and in the “HPP” piston style regulator for supply pressures up to 10,000 psi [689 Bar].  

The HPD product has higher strength Inconel diaphragms as standard, it will accurately regulate pressures down to 25 psi output and the HPD is available with a variety of polymer valve seats for media temperatures to 500°F and supply pressure requirements from 3500 psi [241 Bar] up to 6000 psi [413 Bar].  Similarly, the all stainless HPP will handle temperatures to 500°F and supply pressures to 10,000 psi [689 Bar]. Both the HPD and HPP are available with ¼” ports in either 2 or 4 port configurations and in multiple output pressure ranges.  Standard knobs can also be replaced with tamper proof caps for high temperature and/or non-adjustment applications.  These new Rotork Fairchild regulators can be mounted by the ports, the bottom face or as a panel mount arrangement.
