Description
Silver-filled, electrically conductive EO-98HT epoxy features a volume resistivity of approximately 10-4 ohm-cm, making it an excellent choice for solder replacement or circuit/wire bonding where high conductivity and reliability are required.
EO-98HT is ideal for electrical circuits, LED attachment, die attach and grounding applications. Being a silver filled adhesive, it produces a very high thermal conductivity, a glass transition temperature of 136°C and is rated for continuous use up to 250°C, ideal for demanding, high temperature needs.
This one part system has a creamy consistency with a 30 day work time at room temperature and can be stored frozen for up to a year. It can be cured at fast as 5 minutes at 150°C.
