The Lincoln Electric Company announces the introduction of several new and enhanced features on the Precision TIG®  275 and Precision TIG  375 industrial arc welding power sources.  Whatever the TIG welding application-fabrication, aerospace, production, motorsports, or vocational education-choose the Precision TIG 275 or the Precision TIG 375 for outstanding features, and precise arc performance.

The Precision TIG  machines both feature NEW patented Micro-Start II?  technology, delivering extremely stable low amperage starting without a lot of high frequency or material burn-through for AC and DC welding.  The units have added selectable DC TIG Starting modes, such as high frequency, scratch start, and Touch Start TIG®.  Both highlight higher duty cycles, with wider current ranges that are tops in the industry, redesigned controls, and new and improved AC Auto Balance®  to have more penetration and improved bead appearance. The new hidden menu brings to light up to seven adjustable parameters without cluttering the control panel, ensuring precise weld control without all of the confusion.  Simpler to read and set.

The Precision TIG  375, in addition to the new looks, includes a built-in Advanced Control Panel and Power Factor Correction. The advanced control panel introduces full pulsing controls, 4-step operation, adjustable downslope, a new spot timer, and additional menu controls like adjustable upslope, TIG hot start, stick hot start, and arc force.

What does this mean for you?
•    Ideal for critical weld applications where precision crater control is required.
•    Excellent low amperage performance on thin materials.
•    25 more amps at the same duty cycle.
•    Extremely smooth welding arc that minimizes hesitant starts and material meltdown.
•    “Just crack the foot pedal and the arc just lights.”

Both units give you the opportunity to take the hassle out of ordering, offering a pre-assembled Ready-Pak®  welding package, that includes the Under-Cooler Cart Water Cooler, Foot Amptrol®, Gas Regulator, PTW-20 Pro-Torch™ TIG torch, zippered torch cover, parts kit, and everything else you need to start welding immediately.
