Ingersoll Rand / ARO Introduces PDO Series Diaphragm Pumps

Description

Bryan, Oh —  Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited’s Ingersoll Rand / ARO introduces the PDO Series of high-performance diaphragm pumps, the newest addition to the line of Ingersoll Rand / ARO diaphragm pumps.
The PDO Series, (available in ½" metallic and non-metallic models and 3/8" non-metallic models) are ideal for OEM installations and general industrial applications where peak performance, endurance, and reliability are a priority.

Similar to the popular ARO EXP Series, the PD0 Series features the exclusive Ingersoll Rand / ARO SimulShift™ valve technology. The SimulShift valve provides an ultra-positive, reliable shift signal that avoids stall-out, provides faster pump trip-over with more flow, as well as less pulsation, providing superior laminar material flow.

Multiple porting and interface options allow users to customize the PD0 Series pumps to specific OEM needs, making them highly versatile and unique in the market. The patented lube-free differential valve provides reliable operation and fluid on demand.

Another high-performance design feature of the PD0 Series pumps is the D-style air valve, which helps avoid costly compressed air blow-by. Constructed of ceramics to deliver optimum corrosion resistance and compatibility with compressor oils, the D-valve ensures long-lasting pump life, increased productivity, and reduced ownership costs.

The new PDO Pumps don’t skimp on delivery. The ½" (fluid ports) model offers a maximum of 14.4 gpm (54.5 L/min) and the 3/8" port models deliver 10.6 gpm (40.1 L/min). These fluid delivery volumes are around 10 to 15% higher than competitive models of the same port size.
The PDO Series diaphragm pumps are also backed by a five-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
