Latest version of the i-Checker inspection system brings at least two times more accuracy to the inspection and calibration of bore gages, Digimatic indicators, dial indicators, dial tests, and linear gages. At 10 mm/s, the system also improves speed by 2.5 times over the current model. Adjustments of the measurement position is easily accomplished through its semi and fully automatic measurement functions, which can dramatically reduce inspection time.
All functions necessary for inspection are combined in the control box, reducing operator fatigue. Hardware setup is simple and straightforward—simply plug in a USB cable. The updated i-Pak software includes the most recent standards for ASME, ISO, and JIS. Previous models can be upgraded with new software and controller.
