A full line of small CO2 lenses and mirrors that are direct OEM replacements for lower power lasers used in laser marking, engraving, and cutting appli-cations is available from Laser Research Optics of Providence, Rhode Island.

Laser Research Optics Beam Delivery Optics for 25 to 200 Watt lasers include ZnSe lenses that are A/R coated, feature <0.2% total absorption, and focal lengths from 1” to 25” in 1/2” increments. CO2 turning mirrors are offered in two materials: silicon for standard use and intrinsically hard molybdenum for dirty environments where frequent cleaning is required.

Optimized for 10.6 µm, Laser Research Optics Beam Delivery Optics come in a broad range of sizes: lenses from 1/2" to 1-1/2” dia. in plano-convex and meniscus configurations and turning mirrors and reflectors from 1/2” to 3” dia., 2 to 10 mm thick, with +0.000”/-0.005” tolerance. Silicon mirrors and reflectors provide >99.5 to 99.7% avg. reflectance.
