I've started using Liquifix around the house and shop. I'm restoring a 30+ yr old car. Spraying rubber cups covering headlight connections with Liquifix in place of silcone lubercant. Smell is a big improvement, has made the rubber more pliable and is slower to absorbe/dry. The slower rate of absorbation may decrease the number to treatments needed to bring back the "new" look to rubber parts.
