Mitutoyo Litematic Digimatic Measuring Unit offers high accuracy with the industry’s lowest contact forces

The Mitutoyo Litematic instruments offer an extremely high resolution of 0.01/0.1/1.0 µm (selectable) together with an extremely high accuracy of up to 0.5 µm. Spindle travel rates are also adjustable.

The Super Litematic VL-AH model utilizes a laser hologage for even higher accuracy of up to 0.15 µ.

All Litematic models employ low thermal expansion materials to minimize distortion due to temperature variations. The motorized test cycle further improves gage R and R by reducing operator influence.

Litematic instruments are ideal for measurement of plastic, rubber, film, contact lenses, springs, thin metal parts and similar applications where higher measuring forces could deflect the materials, resulting in measurement errors.
