Description
Hydraulic Fixed Ratio (HFR) Meter, Mix and Dispense Systems are ideal for the precise dispense required for Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) control foam in automotive applications.
Systems are configurable with a range of pump sizes, ratios, and flow rates available, including the high flow rates and large shot sizes necessary for NVH foam injection. The compact, cost-effective units allow users to pre-program shot size, ensuring accurate, repeatable dispense results. The high metering precision of the Graco HFR systems delivers accurate, on-ratio dispensing, and therefore eliminates waste and rework.
HFR Metering System is available with in-line heating, to accommodate a greater range of materials.
