Move Product to New Heights with Dorner’s New AquaPruf LPZ Sanitary Platform

Description

A new addition born into Dorner’s AquaPruf family of sanitary conveyors will help take customer’s washdown applications to new heights.

The AquaPruf family is now offering a LPZ style conveyor to its popular-selling platform designed with one or two fixed angle points that allow the conveyor to accommodate a variety of height and angle requirements. Offering an AquaPruf LPZ Series platform gives customers a conveyor system with all the sanitary advantages of fast and effective cleaning, with the flexibility of moving product up an incline or down a decline to best fit their needs.

The AquaPruf LPZ Series comes in three types of configurations: Z-frame, which has two angle points; horizontal-to-incline, a design which has a section of the conveyor up an incline; and nose-over, a design which has a section of the conveyor on a decline. All three configurations come in either plastic chain or belt options.

Engineered to have the fastest cleaning times in the industry, the AquaPruf LPZ Series can be disassembled for cleaning, without tools, in only 30 seconds. Using the AquaPruf LPZ means less equipment downtime for cleaning and a higher return-on-investment for customers.

For applications that call for an added level of sanitation, Dorner does offer an AquaPruf LPZ Ultimate Series conveyor system. Delivery time for all AquaPruf LPZ Series conveyor systems is about three weeks from time of order. However, that time will be reduced to just seven to 10 days beginning July 1.
