New design for the Lambert-Wahli W100 CNC…the fast and versatile fine-pitch gear hobbing machine

The Lambert-Wahli W100 is an 8-axis CNC fine pitch hobbing machine that has been designed for small motor applications, watch making and micro-technical industries. The simple automation and electronic synchronized high-speed direct drives create great time savings in set-up and change over. The flexibility of this machine is further increased with the Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX CNC control and an extremely user-friendly conversational programming package. The W100 has a maximum hob speed of 15,000 RPM, and it is rated for a maximum module of 0.6. Due to its flexibility, it is capable of loading and orientating a wide variety of work pieces up to a 40mm diameter (manual) or 20mm diameter (automatic). Plus, for 2007 the Lambert-Wahli W100 has a refreshed and modern design.
