OPTEK’S NEW SELECTOR GUIDE REFLECTS EXPANDED PRODUCT LINE; HIGH-REL CAPABILITIES
CARROLLTON, TX (May 11, 2006) – In a change that reflects the company’s new offerings in visible LED technology, TT electronics OPTEK Technology has developed a product selector guide to provide specification information for the company’s offering of infrared and magnetic components, sensors and visible LEDs.
“The selector guide lists OPTEK’s standard optoelectronic products, as well as magnetic sensor products, ” said Alan Bennett, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for OPTEK Technology. “This all-inclusive approach provides technical information to enable customers to specify the devices they need.”
Another addition to the selector guide is a section detailing OPTEK’s extensive experience in high-reliability optoelectronics, including their capability to provide 100% in-house screening and QCI testing per MIL-PRF-19500 Method of MIL-STD-750; MIL-STD-883 Method 5005, as well as testing to TX, TXV, B, S and ESA levels to meet customer requirements. OPTEK’s high-reliability products include sensors, emitters, couplers, optical switches, reflective assemblies and visible LEDs.
