Description
In Catalog 50, a variety of new products have been added to the family of Tuff-Seal Wire Management products including:
- Valox corrosion-resistant cord connectors
- MC Cable connectors for jacketed and/or armored cable
- New sizes of Steel and Stainless Steel cord connectors
- A Custom Bushing Design Guide
- Die Cast and Stainless Steel Liqua-Seal connectors
- Two new Wire Mesh Support Grips – Lace Closing and Rod Closing
- Two new Wire Mesh Pulling Grips – Junior and Light-Duty
New to the Tuff-Link Industrial Interconnects & Cordset section is the expanded line of M12 and M8 E-CON Connectors which offer a lower installation cost than other similar connectors on the market.
Also new to Remke’s master catalog is a Technical Reference Section for both product families. For the Tuff-Seal group of products technical information includes operating properties for the various materials of construction, a detailed list of approvals/certifications/compliances by product type, knockout dimensions, dimensional drawings & extensive information about wire mesh grips. The Tuff-Link Technical Reference section includes the definitions for various IP Ratings, knockout dimensions and a compound resistance table.
For the first time in its master catalog, Remke has included more detailed information on its custom product capabilities for both Tuff-Seal and Tuff-Link product families. For both product lines specifics are given on the various ways in which Remke can customize most any of its standard wire management products or industrial interconnects & cordsets.
Although Remke’s new Catalog 50 features a completely new look, perhaps most important is that all of the ordering charts for both Tuff-Seal and Tuff-Link products have been reorganized for ease of use. Many of the cord connector charts include component and complete assembly illustrations for easier identification of parts. In the Tuff-Link Industrial Interconnects & Cordset section, data has been reorganized so that dimensional drawings appear on the same page as the ordering chart to simplify the selection process.
