New Sanitary 7600 Series Cleated Conveyor

Description

Dorner Manufacturing’s 7600 Series Cleated Belt End Drive Conveyor answers the call when it comes to food manufacturers transferring difficult products like jelly beans, apples, marinated chicken and chips effectively and continuously.

“Cleated belt conveyors are typically used for incline and decline applications, where it is harder to control the flow of product,” said John Kuhnz, food marketing manager for Dorner Manufacturing. “Dorner’s cleats are physically molded into the belt — allowing for increased durability and sanitation for our customers.”

The 7600 Series Cleated Belt End Drive Conveyor is one of the newest members of Dorner’s AquaPruf family of sanitary conveyors. The 7600 Series represents the latest engineering designs to provide the highest level of sanitation in the market today and the fastest cleaning times for wash-down conveyors in the industry. The entire system can be disassembled for cleaning — without tools — in only 30 seconds. The 7600 Series is ideal for customers in industries such as bakery/snack foods, confectionary, ready-to-eat foods, raw meat, poultry and seafood, pharmaceutical and clean rooms.

Dorner Manufacturing Corporation’s 7600 Series AquaPruf sanitary conveyors received certification from the Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee. For more than 50 years, the BISSC has been a privately funded, independent organization solely focusing on developing voluntary sanitation standards for the design and construction of bakery equipment.

The 7600 Series joins both the 7200 and 7300 and 7400 Series conveyors in receiving this certification.
