GORE™ ONE-UP® pump diaphragms from W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. offer the most effective long-life solution in high-pressure pumping applications involving corrosive or caustic media. Due to their PTFE material and unique, one-piece construction, ONE-UP® pump diaphragms are proven to deliver dramatically longer performance, thereby reducing air operated diaphragm pump maintenance costs in chemical and caustic applications. Made from a proprietary PTFE design that is a considerable advancement over conventional PTFE materials, ONE-UP® pump diaphragms are strong, deliver significantly longer service life than other PTFE diaphragms, and offer greater flex life – all while being chemically inert and providing maximum protection against corrosion. GORE™ ONE-UP® pump diaphragms are the only PTFE diaphragms that work in high pressure pumps with head pressures of 250 psig (17 bars) or greater. They are ideal for applications involving the transfer of corrosive chemicals or caustic media, such as filter press feed pumps, paint transfer of highly viscous fluids, and oil platform transfer of saltwater slurries. ONE-UP® pump diaphragms offer better protection compared to the thermal plastic elastomer diaphragms traditionally used in these applications. ONE-UP® pump diaphragms from W. L.
