BURNDY® announces the introduction of the new High Performance PATRIOT® PATMD6-14V series crimping tools. These new High Performance tools continue to utilize 14.4 volt Ni-MH batteries but are 50% faster than other brands using lithium-ion batteries, and are 80% faster than our previous models.
The BURNDY® High Performance PATMD6-14V tools complete a crimp on a 4/0 copper splice in approximately two seconds.
The PATMD6-14V series of tools incorporate the latest engineering technology with a refined hydraulic system for ultra performance, speed and reliability even in the harshest work environments. The PATRIOT® IN-LINE® tools can be used in virtually any position due to their 350º rotatable jaws and audible “pop-off” crimp indicator.
