Description
Tools for the machining of printed circuit boards are detailed in this four-page, full-color brochure that features in-depth descriptions of special saw blade designs which are ideal for cutting PCBs produced in “panel” or “multiblock” designs. Designs for straight line depanelling of glassfiber- and ceramic based PCB´s like FR2, FR4, CEM1, CEM3 as well as aluminum- and copper circuit boards which offer high feed rates with minimal dust are also detailed. For larger PCB´s, a set of special V-Scoring Cutters with either 25-deg. or 30-deg. prism angle are used to create a breaking point.
