PPD-130 Peristaltic Pump Dispenser

Description

Precision dispensing of dangerous or toxic substances can be controlled by the model PPD-130 Peristaltic Pump Dispenser from I&J Fisnar Inc., maintaining a clean and safe bench environment while providing accurate and repeatable deposits of low viscosity fluids. The peristaltic pumping principle applies pressure to a soft Teflon tube, which accepts deformation but can quickly recover its initial shape improving occlusion. Fluid flow is a function of the tube diameter and the pump rotational speed. There are several advantages from this dispensing principle not least of which is that the system is air-free and the operator need not come into contact with any hazardous material, such as Cyanoacrylate, solvent, alkaline or acid.
