Proheat® LCD Programmable Heat Gun

Master Appliance Corp. is proud to introduce its new UL and CUL Listed Model PH-1500 Proheat LCD Programmable Heat Gun, featuring six preset, changeable factory programs and easy-to-read digital display of variable temperature and air flow settings.
Temperature and air flow are keypad adjustable with temperatures in 10° increments, from 130°F to 1000°F (50°C-540°C) and air flow in ten increments from 4 to 16 CFM. Temperatures are displayed in degrees Fahrenheit and changeable to Celsius. Electronic circuitry, with closed loop temperature feedback system, maintains programmed temperatures at all air flow settings and while using any of the many optional attachments.

The Proheat LCD Programmable Heat Gun is compact, light weight, and ergonomically designed for superb balance and grip.  The Program, Temperature and Air Flow Lock feature provides added management control – perfect for production applications requiring consistent application of heat.  For added safety, the Proheat PH-1500 comes standard with Power-interrupt Safety Reset requiring an “off-on” reset after a power failure, if the heat gun was left last in the “Hot” position.  

The Proheat LCD Programmable Heat Gun’s full-featured design makes it ideal for demanding applications in the aerospace, automotive, electronic, laboratory and general industrial workplace, including heating temperature sensitive materials, bending, forming and welding plastics, applying/removing decals, curing resins, drying filler, soldering and desoldering, shrinking tubing and others where heat and air flow control is needed.   For convenient storage and transport, Master offers its new Model PH-1500K Proheat LCD Programmable Heat Gun Kit which includes the PH-1500 heat gun, five specialty attachments and a durable storage & carrying case.  For international use, Master also offers each of the above model types in a CE Certified 230 Volt version in various power cord configurations.
