Quick Changeovers for Manual Marking
Description
Manual marking application is now easier with the introduction of the Kwik Dex Indexing Dial that attaches to the Kwikmark Machine.
The dial fits directly onto the t-slot table and is self-contained, requiring only one connection to the marker. The number of stops (indexes) is programmable to allow different types of jobs to run. The quick release dial mount comes in handy if fast changeovers need to be made.
Additionally, the index dial has a large, brushless motor, internal limit sensors, rear mount pneumatic slide clamps, and an I/O is included to further automate the process.
