TJR AR-5C Pneumatic Collet Rotary Table provides an alternative to three or four-jaw chucks for users whose workpieces require the use of 5C collets.

The AR-5C rotary table employs a 5C collet closer system and can be integrated into a CNC machine control as a full fourth axis or operated as an indexer via TJR’s Single Axis Controller (SAC). The table features a powerful pneumatic braking system and is available in right-handed and left-handed motor-mount configurations. A radial-axial preloaded bearing system provides high rigidity, and a dual-lead worm shaft and worm gear ensure long-term indexing accuracy in both directions.
