Sanitary Sortasaurus work table  features a smooth, waterproof, plastic design that does not harbor bacterial growth and cleans easily during washdowns without deterioration, decay or rust to support compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). FSMA embraces preventing food safety problems as the foundation of a modern food safety system, according to the FDA. 

Ideal for installation in facilities that manufacture, process, pack or hold food for human consumption, the sanitary work table is rotationally molded in one piece from 100% polyethylene for safe contact with food and includes a three-sided, molded-in splashback that helps secure food products on the table surface and promote a clean, clutter-free workstation. Providing a preventative control against potential contamination and food-borne illness, the sanitary table spans more than eight feet in length with a working height of 30 inches, all set atop industrial-strength, five-inch, Colson casters for mobility. Molded with ergonomic hand holds in the splashback, the durable work table may be easily rolled, rotated and lifted. A four-sided splashback is available as an option.
