Self-Locking V-Bolt
Description
The free-spinning, self-locking asymmetric thread solves the problem of bolt/screw loosening. It features a continuously inclined surface and a cylindrical profile. This incline forms a wedge-like shape that slides against the entire female standard 60 deg threads, eliminating the radial clearance between threads. By applying torque, radial and axial forces engage all threads to provide a secure, vibration resistant connection. The bolt is also heat resistant.
