Step-Up DC-DC Converter

Description

Model AS1325 step-up dc-dc converter, with integrated synchronous rectifier, supplies 300 ma output current at 5.0 v, or 185 ma at 3.3 v. With 96% efficiency, it is ideal for battery-powered portable devices. In shutdown mode, it draws less than 1 ma and connects the battery directly to the output to enable direct battery feed-through. This allows the battery to be used as backup or as a real-time clock supply when the converter is off.
