CIT RELAY & SWITCH introduces the sub-miniature, process sealed, surface mount SST Series Toggle Switch. The SST Series is single pole double throw offering switch functions of ON-NONE-ON, ON-NONE-(ON), ON-OFF-ON, and (ON)-OFF-(ON). The bushing is 4.11mm and is non-threaded. The SST Series offers numerous actuator options ranging from 6.1mm to 10.16mm. This switch was designed specifically to be surface mount and is washable – construction withstands the cleaning process. Packaging is tape and reel. Technical Data: The electrical life of the SST Series is 55,000 cycles typically. Contact resistance is less than 20 mW maximum initially at 2~4VDC, 100mA. Dielectric strength is 1500Vrms minimum. Insulation resistance is greater than 100MW minimum. The operating temperature of the SST Series is -40°C to 85°C with a storage temperature of -40°C to 85°C. The actuator is chrome-plated brass with housing material of 4/6 Nylon, glass filled, flame retardant heat stabilized, UL 94V-0. The support bracket is tin-plated brass.
