The PivotLok PL325 Professional Work Positioning System

The PivotLok PL325 (patent pending) is a bench or pedestal mounted ball swivel work positioner that allows the user to bring the work to their hands. With a 40 lb. working load the PivotLok PL325 enhances productivity by providing a better way to position the work using ball pivoting positioning to place the work anywhere within a full hemisphere as well as 360 degrees of rotation. Processes such as assembly, polishing, welding, soldering, refurbishing and anything else that requires the work to be repositioned can easily be fixtured to the PivotLok. The PL325 incorporates a "hands free, hands off" locking system that automatically locks the work in place when the user removes their hands from the actuating lever to help prevent accidental dropping of the workpiece or injury to the user. CNC machined using 6061-T6 aluminum billet, an aircraft quality porosity free casting, heat treated steel wear parts and an epoxy powder coat the PivotLok PL325 is built to stand up to the most demanding production requirements.
