Toellner Systems, Inc. Demos New Parts Loader Using Robotic Servo Technology

Description

Wisconsin Rapids, WI – August 02, 2007 – Toellner Systems, Inc., the company that developed ground breaking new technology with their 180° part rotation capability for automated part loading/unloading in 2007, will be bringing one of their new servo driven parts loaders to booth 641 at the Great Lakes Advance Productivity Exposition in Grand Rapids, Michigan, September 18-20, 2007.

Toellner will be demonstrating that it is possible to create an automated parts loader that can load/unload in under five seconds using robotic servo technology.

“I am very proud to show one of our parts loaders at the Great Lakes Exposition in Grand Rapids. To show the industry that it is possible to build an extremely high quality fast loader that can load/unload in under five seconds,” noted Dennis Toellner, president of Toellner Systems, Inc. “The savings in time and payback are enormous. We listened to our customers and created a loader that can work 24/7 non-stop, with minimal operator intervention, allowing the operator to relocate to other important projects within the plant.”

Toellner Systems has been in operation since 1986. It is an industry leader in helping companies dramatically increase production while decreasing overhead. Toellner Systems uses servo technology, manufacturing automatic parts loaders, catchers and conveyors for CNC lathes, machining centers, grinders, shaft cut-off, multi-spindle chuckers, and thread rolling.
