Tool Series Increases Productivity

A series of compact angle grinders, sanders, and a cutter are designed to deliver improved productivity in industrial metal working applications. The new FA-45 Series offers a superior power to weight ratio and a lower profile head than previous models, making these tools ideal for deburring, weld bead removal, or basic chamfering in the construction, petrochemical, foundry, metal working industries, shipbuilding, bridge-building, and rolling stock assembly.

FA-45 Series tools are highly efficient, being up to 27% more powerful than preceding models in the Fuji portfolio. Durability is assured with a new, robust design for the body, exhaust and throttle lever, as well as air-cooled gears to extend service life. Their ergonomic design also reduces noise and vibration to ensure operator comfort.

 FA-45 Series 5-in. Angle Grinders

With six models to choose from, these angle grinders delivering between 870W - 1100W (1.17 - 1.48HP) and weigh no more than 2.1kg (4.6lb). Each grinder is equipped with a swivel silencer that minimizes the effect of freezing during operation. FA-45 series angle grinders also feature a low grinder head measuring just 60.4mm (2.38 in.) in depth, which makes them particularly suited to corner grinding.

 FA-45-8 5-in. Angle Cutter

Featuring a similarly low-profile head, the angle cutter has a maximum power output of 1100W (1.48HP). Its 5 in. diamond cutter makes the FA-45-8 a versatile and efficient choice for use in a variety of metal cutting applications.

 7-in. Angle Sanders

Available in three models, the angle sanders are equipped with an 870W (1.17HP) motor and delivering a free speed of 7000rpm, these powerful and efficient sanders are capable of tackling the toughest surface preparation jobs.
