UNITAP Family of Connectors

BURNDY is proud to introduce an addition to the UNITAP™ family of connectors. These new connectors provide a convenient way to join multiple conductors in direct burial applications. The BIBS-DB series is a comprehensive offering of direct burial, dual rated secondary connectors. Rubber insulated with the highest quality EPDM rubber and supplied with oxide inhibitor already inside. The BURNDY® UNITAP™ BIBS-DB connectors are range taking and easy to install. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy - providing high conductivity combined with excellent mechanical strength. These connectors may be used for any applications requiring a water tight or below-grade application. These new additions meet UL486D, ANSI C119.1 as well as ANSI C119.4 standards.
