Universal PCBN Grade Inserts (CBN600)

The CBN600 universal PCBN insert grades bring cost-effective performance to high-volume rough turning operations that involve grey cast iron, high chrome iron, and high manganese steel workpiece materials.

This solid insert combines 90% CBN content, multi-modal grain size, and an Al ceramic binder to easily tackle abrasive workpiece materials, heavy cutting forces, and high levels of thermal shock for varying depths of cut conditions.

CBN600 encompasses nine standard products with double-sided inserts available in round, rhombic, and square styles.
