Vert-X 31E Series Rotary Angle Sensors
Description
Vert-X 31E Series rotary angle sensors are touchless magnetic angle sensors with a permanent magnet that can be secured to an application's rotating shaft so that there is no direct mechanical linkage between the shaft and the measuring system and therefore no wear. Series includes basic connect and done models and programmable models. Those models in the second category are programmed through a programming device connected between the sensor and computer's USB port and software called EasyAdapt which runs on Windows PCs. Users can select from six default setups or use one as a starting point and customize it. Output characteristics including custom characteristic curve, angle range, zero point, and curve—as well as gradient-direction versus direction of rotation—can be programmed.
