100 Ton Capacity Crane

Description

100RT, a 100-U.S.-ton-capacity rough terrain crane with the longest full-power boom in that capacity class, includes Link-Belt’s newest operator cab, the Pulse 2.0 operating system that can receive remote software updates via Wi-Fi, the V-Calc asymmetrical outrigger system, a new simple-to-assemble fly jib, the latest Cummins Stage V-compliant engine, and Link-Belt’s Vision package.

The 100RT delivers outstanding reach with a five-section, 40.6 - 155 ft., full-power formed boom built to Link-Belt’s boom profile and tolerances at the company’s Lexington, Ky., factory.

An optional two-piece, 35 - 58 ft., on-board lattice fly jib provides greater flexibility and reach. It can be assembled by one person and manually offset at 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45°. A 16-ft. lattice insert lengthens the jib to 74 ft. and provides a maximum tip height of 237 ft.

The 100RT’s Cummins QSB 6.7L diesel engine puts out up to 232 hp and complies both with Stage V and Tier 4 Final emission standards. The carrier features a six-speed transmission, four 29.5x25 tires, and axles mounted with greaseless four-link suspension that eliminates 10 previous grease points. Large access doors, centralized electrical boxes, centralized grease fittings, remote-mounted filters, and easy-access fluid checks make routine service easy.
