3-Step Weld Check System

Clean Weld Surface: Weld Check™ Weld Cleaner & Penetrant Remover easily removes dirt and contaminants from surface to be analyzed and will remove the penetrant and developer post-inspection to restore the metal back to its original condition. Apply Penetrant: Weld Check™ Penetrant is a red colored liquid penetrant for the non-destructive testing of surfaces and structures. It easily penetrates tiny openings. You can remove excess penetrant with a cloth dampened with Weld Check™ Cleaner & Penetrant Remover (Do not spray directly on weld.) Apply Developer: Leave Weld Check™ Developer on surface for 5 to 15 minutes. This process clearly shows defects which will appear red in color.
