DSP300-24/277A DIN Rail Power Supply

Model DSP30-24/277A is a low-profile DIN rail-mount power supply that operates off a wide range of AC input voltages, ranging from a nominal 100 to 277V AC. It's rated at 30 W and provides a 24V DC output at up to 1.25 A and is adjustable from 24 to 28V DC. At 2 in. (51 mm) deep, it's ideal for installations in shallow enclosures commonly used in building, automation, and security applications.

The output voltage can be easily adjusted via the front panel potentiometer plus front-mounted LED indicators give an immediate visual indication of output status (Green LED=ON, Red LED=DC Output Low). A 24V peak-peak square wave output is provided that is in sync with the AC line frequency and can be used as a system clock for timing applications. This sync signal along with the positive and negative output lines is available via the supplied 3-pin AMP connector (P/N 3-640427-3).

The power supplies feature a universal input, allowing them to operate from any AC input voltage between 90 to 304V AC, 47 to 63Hz, without the need to reposition an input voltage selector. Because the units are Class II Double-Insulated, no earth-ground wire is required. Operating efficiency for this supply is typically 87%.

This supply is approved to UL60950-1, EN60950-1, and Evaluated to NEC NFPA70 Class 2 Output per UL1310. Units carry the CE Mark and are RoHS-compliant. The supplies are convection-cooled and can operate at full power over a wide temperature range of -13 to 334°F (-25 to 61°C), derating linearly at 2.5%/°C from 61 to 71°C.

The DSP30-24/277A power supplies are enclosed in a plastic case measuring 2 x 4 x 2 in. (51 x 102 x 51 mm) (W X H X D) and will easily snap mount onto either a TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 standard DIN rail.
